In my 30+ years of Social Work and Therapy, I have emphasized Mindfulness Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, metaphors and story re-telling. I have office locations in both Hillsdale and Jackson, Michigan.  I am the only nationally certified sexual health therapist in the Hillsdale area, and one of two in the Jackson area.  I completed my formal training in April 2017, and I became fully certified in August, 2022. I am a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA) affirmative therapist, and I promote a sex positive culture. I often work with anxious clients, but I have expertise working with other distresses as well. I work with individuals and couples. I am also NADA-Certified in Auricular Acupuncture.
